OCTOBER 2002
Rumor Mill Spins Out Of Control -
Between the emails, phone calls and general concerns of customers and
distributors, we are pleased to say that we did not sell to a foreign
inquiry nor do we intend on it. You can imagine that we just became swarmed
with people just wondering how we could do such a thing. After many contacts
we just had to announce to everyone that we are here and stronger than
ever.
Fundraising At An All Time High -
Our many thanks to the golfers, tournament directors, golf clubs and charity
organizations as well as individual people and small businesses that participated
in the purchase of tournament packages this year. Your combined participation
has generated more money for organizations such as health care professionals,
police and fire departments, care givers, children's disease campaigns,
and the private and individual programs that saw the advantage in tournament
fundraising.
CN Is Believing will continue to provide the industry standard in the
production of great kits.
New Photos -
Many thanks goes out to NS
WebCraft LLC for their professionalism in the new digital photos they
created over the summer of 2002. They took on the task of updating our
images and added new ones of NITE Time Golfers, balls, courses and other
glowing products. Be on the lookout for new image additions to this web
site.

|| CSRO held its First Annual NITELITE Golf
Tournament at Annandale Golf and Country Club in Pickering, Ontario. The
September 6th tournament was different from daytime games of golf, as
glowing markers lit up the fairway. Golfers used special glow-in-the-dark
balls to track their shots, and our 36 foursomes could be seen all over
the course, thanks to their glow-in-the-dark necklaces.
Competition was fierce as each foursome tried to get the best team score.
After playing, everyone met in the clubhouse for our post-tournament party
and raffle draw.
The winning foursome was the team of John Gonsalves, Rex Carson, Jerry
Sommers, and Dave Williams. Raffle prize winners received prizes such
as Sony Walkmans, men's and women's Bretone watches, Blue Jays tickets,
and various dinner for two packages from local restaurants and pubs.
This turnout was made possible through the hard work of the family and
friends of CSRO. Thanks go to Ryan Durham, Mark Woitzik, Barry Munro,
Brian Mclean, and Ralph Spadafore. The event was a great example of how
CSRO members love to come together for a good cause. Everyone had a great
time, and we can't wait until next year's tournament! ||
SEPTEMBER 2001 -
As you may have already noticed, we have completely redesigned our web
presence, and made navigation, and product details much clearer and easier
than before.
Over the past 6 months we gathered statistical information and used that
to our advantage, and incorporated an all new Shopping Cart system that
sends the consumer a complete automated e-mail receipt of all purchases
and invoice numbers. NOT an easy task.
We based the new system on customer response and what they expect to
get in return for their own personal records. Our system is made to activate
an order as soon as the "Submit" button is pressed. In addition
to the Cart system is a complete online purchase via Credit Card holder
on a VERY secure server.
ALPINE WEB has
supplied us with very responsive and dependable server space. NO MORE
DOWN TIME! Backing up our server are two others as well. If one should
go down, the other picks up the work load as if nothing is wrong. DEPENDABILITY!
NEWEBCRAFT has been
crunching graphics and html to bring you the look, feel and navigation
of the site. In addition, they will also be updating the products, and
making needed changes in the days and months to come.
One of the latest in products is the FLOATING
GREEN. A true and unique product for those wishing to own their own
golf course. Resort owners and vocation establishments are back ordering
the remarkable profit center.
FUNDRAISING is at an all time high
for CN IS BELIEVING. In August of 2001 we held a NITELITE® tournament
for a local teenage girl, tragically paralyzed from a tragic snowboarding
accident. Her will to continue to rehabilitate is beyond anything we had
ever seen and anonymous donations from doctors and unknown persons were
flocking in at an alarming rate. Mostly due in part of our new e-mail
awareness program that NEWebCraft devised. A total of $14,000 was raised
in a single 7 hole tournament that lasted a little over 4 hours! Special
guests included the new head coach for the BOSTON BRUINS, and season tickets
were awarded to the winner of the tournament.
BAD BUSINESS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
In February 2001, we learned of production and copyright infringement
from over seas on a substitute golfball that claimed to be the originator
of the NITELITE® Golfball. Our sources have learned that the Translucent
balls DON'T meet PGA specifications and lightsticks have to be taped to
the inside of the ball, which caused the sticks to fly out after 2 hits,
therefore loosing the ball and gaining only aggravation and a lightstick.
